An off-site follow up survey conducted on January 9, 2023, found that Adwa Home Care, Inc. had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on November 10, 2022.
